The HELP V platform is a unique product as it can be installed at the right sliding door of most minivans on the market as long as they have a door opening width of at least 1050 mm. Thanks to its particular handling system, complete with a vertical sliding and a rotating movement, it can be operated in confined spaces, near sidewalks and narrow areas.

FOLD-OUT PLATFORM
The device is equipped with a fold-out platform with automatic opening. With a simple manual operation, it can be lowered to restore pedestrian access to the right door. HELP V is made entirely of steel with epoxy coating, a guarantee of maximum resistance to corrosion, and the platform is covered in anodized aluminium- The device moves on sliding bearings and features electric linear actuators, synonymous with maximum efficiency and low electrical absorption. Each operation is carried out by means of an extensible cable control and regulated by limit switches. The HELP V platform has been built with adaptable brackets and electric connections for each specific vehicle.

LIGHT WEIGHT
The HELP V footboard lift weighs approximately 95 kg, and considering the lateral positioning of the device, does not have any negative impact on weight distribution or vehicle stability while driving. Despite the low weight, made possible by a series of reinforcements, it still has a payload capacity of 200 kg. HELP V is particularly recommended for vehicles adapted for wheelchair drivers who are looking for complete independence.

Ideal lift for collective transport. Both simple and functional, it is a available with fold-out platforms of different sizes to be better adapted to the size of the vehicle and the needs of users. 

SAFE AND STURDY
The Two-Arm lift, model BBO 125.80 (payload capacity of 360 kg), with horizontal folding, non-slip platform, was designed for commercial vehicles intended to transport people with limited mobility. Safe and sturdy, it is completely automatic and operated by an efficient electro-hydraulic system.

OPERATION
Using a control pad with spiral stretch cable positioned inside the passenger compartment, the Two-Arm platform lifts are simple, intuitive and safe to operate. They are also equipped with two tip-up plates to enhance reliability and safety for the user while the platform is being raised or lowered.

ALUMINIUM TWO-ARM LIFT

These lifts are ideally installed on small and medium sized vehicles, thanks to their light weight compared to the steel versions. Simple and functional, they are available in two sizes: 700x1200mm and 800x1400mm and are both foldable, to better match the size of vehicles as well as users’ needs.

AUTOMATIC
Aluminium two-arm lifts have a lifting capacity of 350kg, with an anti-slip platform that folds horizontally, designed for the adaptation of commercial vehicles specializing in transporting persons with disabilities and small vehicles for private use. Safe and sturdy, they are fully automatic and operated by an efficient electro-hydraulic system.

F6 UNDER VEHICLE LIFT

This lifting platform installed under the vehicle floor, is equipped with a sliding side door to preserve the original space volume of the passenger compartment. It can be installed on vehicles such as Mercedes Class V, Volkswagen T6 and Ford Turneo Custom. It is only 65 mm thick and therefore does not require any structural modifications. Despite its small size, the lift does not affect its load capacity of 300 kg with a 760 mm wide and 1160 mm long loading platform. The device is equipped with a manual emergency drive, necessary in the event of a power failure.

The platform weighs 140 kg.

MANUAL SERVO-ASSISTED FOLD-OUT RAMPS

These fold-out ramps are made entirely of aluminium, fitted as standard with a gas spring to assist with opening/closing operations, with a quick coupling/uncoupling system to the platform for easy removal. They are available in different lengths. You can opt for a standard grating, with a maximum capacity of 300 Kg, characterized by a high visibility, or a "super light" perforated version to further reduce the ramp weight (maximum capacity of 250Kg).

EFFORTLESS SAFETY
The most important features of these models are the mobile band, that perfectly connects the ramp with the vehicle, avoiding any gaps with the loading surface, and the straight fixed band resting on the ground, for easy loading.

TAILOR-MADE:
These ramps come in multiple sizes, allowing the customer to choose the most suitable one according to loading and vehicle needs.

The RWG models (max capacity 300Kg) can be equipped with a ramp width of 80 or 100cm and have the following dimensions:

RWG 200/300: Extended platform 2000 mm - Folded ramp height 1085 mm
RWG 225/300: Extended platform 2250 mm - Folded ramp height 1210 mm
RWG 250/300: Extended platform 2500 mm - Folded ramp height 1335 mm

TELESCOPIC CHANNEL RAMPS WITH 2 OR 3 SLIDES

These aluminium telescopic ramps enable wheelchair users to get into the vehicle easily and quickly. They are equipped with handles and a closure system featuring anti-vibration and noise reduction dampers. They are available in different sizes:

RESTRAINT SYSTEMS

The wheelchair and passenger restraint systems consist of wheelchair tie-downs with four automatic reels assembled on dedicated floor fittings. Alternatively, a cheaper solution consists of manually operated buckles. A third solution, with two manually operated front buckles, and two automatic rear reels, is also available.

ANCHOR POINTS.
Passenger restraint is ensured by a three-point safety belt consisting of a lap belt with two anchor points and a diagonal belt with a third anchor point which can be either static or dynamic, equipped with an automatic reel. Anchorage to the vehicle floor may feature either special rails or a single anchorage.

If the wheelchair driver is driving, an automatic wheelchair containment system is used to secure both the wheelchair and passenger while driving. The wheelchair is anchored by means of a docking station positioned on the vehicle floor as well as special brackets on the wheelchair, while the passenger, in most cases, relies on the original vehicle restraint systems that have been specially adapted. 

The whole system complies with ISO 10542 and with the national provisions.
